Custom Pop Art Terms of Use

I hereby affirm that I am the owner of the digital photos and images submitted to Two Spaces Studios. In the event there is a claim asserted against Two Spaces Studios for copyright infringement or unlawful use of the photo/image submitted by me, I agree to fully indemnify Two Spaces Studios for any costs and expenses incurred as a result of the claim. The resulting photos and digital images following any alterations by Two Spaces Studios will become property of Two Spaces Studios.

Review the Terms of Use for additional affirmations applicable to submission of photographs.

I understand that Two Spaces Studios owns the copyright to my Custom Pop Art print and I may not duplicate my Custom Pop Art print. I acknowledge that Two Spaces Studios will keep my Custom Pop Art print on file for one year from original order placement and that I may reorder my Custom Pop Art print based on the fee schedule at the time of the reorder. After the one-year window, my Custom Pop Art print will be discarded from Two Spaces Studios’ file. 

If after orders have been submitted and the work has begun additional charges may apply in the case that different images or designs are requested. Two Spaces Studios will notify you if additional charges apply in addition to the site price for the Custom Pop Art print and you must agree via email confirmation to pay the additional charges before we continue work. Payments are nonrefundable after Custom Pop Art print has been approved/printed. Partial refunds can be given to the customer if Customer Pop Art has not been approved/printed,

I acknowledge that any digital images or photos submitted may be published, removed, modified, copied, transmitted and displayed by Two Spaces Studios for the purpose of delivering the product and service.

Two Spaces Studios reserves the right to refuse printing of any images at their sole discretion and determination for images that contain vulgarity, obscenity, graphic nudity, threatening, racially objectionable, defamatory, and libelous content. Any image which may give cause for civil or criminal liability can be rejected. You agree to accept responsibility and liability related to the production, use and display of your custom Custom Pop Art print.

Custom Pop Art prints are approved by you before print.
We want you to love your Custom Pop Art print, so all personalized pics are approved by the customer before each print is created. Since Custom Pop Art prints are meant just for you, Custom Pop Art prints cannot be returned.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Two Spaces Studios reserves the right to modify, change and remove terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be effective upon posting on this site and your continued usage of the website following said modified terms shall constitute your consent to the modified terms.
