Frequently Asked Questions

My print was delivered rolled up. How do I flatten it?

All graphic and scenic prints are delivered rolled up. To flatten your print lay it out, image side up, on a flat surface. With a sheet of smooth paper still covering the print's image, place a few, smooth, flat, heavy objects (such as books) on the ends and middle of the print. Let it sit for a couple of hours. Remove the heavy objects from the print and your print is ready.

Do you ship outside of the continental U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO boxes. Prints are printed on demand, so after check out, you will receive an email to track your package. Graphic and scenic prints usually take 7-14 days after time of purchase to arrive at your location. There may be some exclusions to these shipping limitations when it comes to our Custom Pop Art prints. You can always reach out to us with questions.

Do you provide frames for your work?

We do not provide frames for our work, but all of our Custom
Pop Art prints are mounted.

Why are my prints nonrefundable?

All of our prints are printed on-demand, specifically for each customer. That’s why our prints are nonrefundable. If your item/print is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will be happy to provide a replacement print. Partial refunds are available for our Custom Pop Art prints. My print was damaged via shipping. What do I do?

I need to change my address for my order. What do I do?

Email us at support@twospacesstudios.com as soon as possible with your new shipping address. Make sure your subject line reads “Address Change”. Within the email include the full name that the order was placed, order number, item number and contact phone number.  If the order has not been shipped, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of delivery, we may not be able to update the shipping address.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change the size of your print or mistakenly selected the incorrect item, please email us at support@twospacesstudios.com as soon as possible, and we will make the change at no additional fee unless the item has begun processing.  If the item has been processed, your item cannot be returned.  Make sure your subject line reads “Order Changes”. Within the email include the full name that the order was placed, order number, item number, contact phone number and the changes to the order that need to be made.

Can I cancel may order?

All of our items are printed on-demand. We start on your artwork quickly following the receipt of your order. Orders cannot be canceled if the item has started being processed.
